I’m getting ready for the pumpkin season : in Italy we have delicious recipes that require ripe, sweet pumpkins … risotto con la zucca ( rice dish with pumpkin- zucca in Italian) and tortelli di zucca ( stuffed pasta - tortelli- with pumpkin filling). Savouring them is the perfect way to celebrate the gifts of this beautiful month🍲🥘🎃
